Luke Hockley PhD, UKCP reg, MBACP, FRSA
People come to see me for a variety of reasons. Sometimes there is a specific matter they want to explore. At other times they have a sense of uncertainty or unease about a particular situation or set of circumstances. In all cases I offer a safe and confidential environment in which to explore personal concerns and issues.
With years of experience in both private practice and the NHS, I have helped a wide variety of people regain their confidence and self-esteem. I aim to support you as you look to change your life for the better.
As an integrative psychotherapist I work using a range of approaches, including Jungian ideas. These include talking about current difficulties, exploring their origin and the use of dreams, guided imagery and focusing. I also use CBT as appropriate.
I am registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP)
My aim is to help you live your life in a fulfilling and meaningful way, with a sense of purpose and balance.
I look forward to meeting you.
